Building Automation Service Senior Executive Position Location: Raleigh, NC – serves customers throughout the greater Raleigh area.

The Service Account Executive supports the Service Agreements business within the commercial Smart Buildings Automation Controls Service team. The role focuses on sales and service of automation, digital, and energy services in large commercial buildings such as hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

Achieve new order and profit goals based on assigned quota for service projects and agreements.

Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities, forecast expected order intake, and deliver consistent results.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, customers, and decision influencers across the region, segments, and verticals.

Create a vertical market and account management plan targeting growth in energy, automation, and digital services.
