**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Building Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our common areas. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and restrooms.
+ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
+ Empty trash bins and replace liners in designated areas.
+ Clean windows and glass doors.
+ Maintain exterior cleanliness, including sidewalks, entryways, and parking lots.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in cleaning and sanitation practices.
+ Experience with floor care techniques including sweeping and buffing.
