**Job Description**

**Job Summary** **:** The Building and Site SLM is responsible for working with the Facilities Department to develop and implement process improvements enabling departmental long range plans. The Building and Site SLM manages a proactive and well balanced approach of service quality, service delivery and cost management to execute related services.

**Principal Duties:**

+ Lead cross functional groups to develop and implement process improvements associated with building and site store level services to reduce costs and improve conditions.
+ Create processes related to new corporate programs and initiatives to ensure business success from a rounded business perspective.
+ Serve as department liaison, develop and perform store-level tests of new services to support/improve building and site standards and develops improved equipment, building material and/or site specifications.
