As the Building Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and the comfort of our employees and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and contractors
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing building access, room bookings, and inventory control
- Respond to and resolve any issues or inquiries from building occupants in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to develop and implement strategies for improving building efficiency and sustainability
- Provide regular reports on the building's performance and maintenance activities
