Noblis is seeking an experienced **Budget/Finance Analyst SME** to work within a dynamic mission-oriented environment in Bethesda, Maryland.

**Responsibilities Include:**

+ Planning, analyzing, and managing financial resources to ensure mission success and compliance with government regulations.
+ Develop budgets, track expenditures, perform financial forecasting, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
+ Work closely with program managers and stakeholders to align funding with operations priorities, ensuring accountability, and support reporting requirements within a highly secure and regulated environment.

Required Qualifications

+ Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
+ US Citizenship is required.
+ Experience with the IPPBE process.
+ Experience supporting budget build with Government officers.
+ Experience consolidating spend plans for Government review.
