Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Medicare,Contractor Management Group. As a Budget Analyst, GS-0560-13, you will be responsible for the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) budget formulation and execution for the annual CMS Operating Plan. Responsibilities Work independently as a project leader to develop refinements to current cost estimation methodologies that include recurring and nonrecurring expenses. Manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of action items and achievement of critical milestones. Review and evaluate programmatic changes through the change management process to determine the financial/budgetary impact on MAC contract requirements and statement of work.
