Resource Allocation: Coordinating manpower, equipment, and raw materials to ensure maximum operational efficiency.



Inventory Control: Reviewing inventory levels, tracking material flow, and coordinating with procurement to prevent shortages.



Workflow Monitoring: Identifying production bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to meet deadlines.



Performance Reporting: Developing reports on production targets, quality metrics, and machine downtime for management.
