Overview
We are looking for someone to assist our head bread baker. Experience with fresh dough is preferred but not necessary. You will be following the lead of our bread baker, so you will need to be willing to listen and learn. You will be making baguettes, loaves, heroes, sourdough. If you have some experience and would like to learn more from a skilled bread baker, please apply. The schedule would ideally be 5:00-2:00 Monday-Friday.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, rolls, pastries, and other baked goods using traditional and innovative techniques
• Follow detailed recipes and ensure consistent quality in all products produced
• Decorate cakes and pastries with skillful cake decorating techniques to enhance visual appeal
• Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or catering orders, maintaining freshness and presentation
