Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new sellers to TikTok Shop
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner brands and sellers
• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to boost growth
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and operations teams to drive campaigns
• Analyze data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, e-commerce, or sales
• Familiar with TikTok and e-commerce platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven, analytical, and team-oriented
• Willing to work onsite from Mondays to Saturdays in BGC, Taguig City.
