What will you do? Experience projects guardian: collaborate with the area and business unit teams to ensure the correct implementation of ongoing projects across all hotels. Lead small projects related to hotel experience, brand image and new services. Support for projects involving new product & service standards for all brands (F&B, music, fragrance, amenities ). Support for Experience and Innovation initiatives, including benchmarks, creation of presentations and graphic documentation.
