Candidates with inventory management/marketing background from foreign fashion is accepted as long as willing to handle a food brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Merchandising
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in known Restaurant or Cafe industry
• Have good presentation skills to foreign Principals, thus with excellent communication skills
• Strong background in Marketing and/or Merchandising/Inventory Planning in the Restaurant Industry
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

1. Inventory Management of food items / perishable goods
2. Monitor trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities
3. Assist and oversee new and ongoing marketing activities
