Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations: Supervise daily office activities, maintain service level agreements (SLAs), and prepare performance reports.
Sales & Business Development: Execute localized sales strategies, monitor branch production, and hit premium collection targets.
Policy & Claims Administration:
Review and approve non-life policy endorsements and process claims based on policy coverage within your limit of authority
.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor agents, brokers, and office staff. Conduct performance reviews and manage daily work schedules.
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure the branch adheres to statutory regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies
