Role Overview

This position is focused on providing exceptional member service in a high-volume, schedule-driven environment with a strong emphasis on teller-line operations. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support for customer-facing functions. This individual will act as a floating specialist for the South Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg, and Garrisonville branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests in a structured operational environment.
