About the role
As a Branch Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that branches and BBOG Support units are compliant with the bank’s established policies and procedures, internal controls, and other regulatory agencies. You will report/Investigate any internal and external frauds and major operational lapses to the proper channels for immediate action. You will coach, train, and mentor branches to develop/enhance their technical skills and competence to effectively discharge their duties.
