Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Mechanical Projects Department in Richard’s Bay. This pivotal role will suit an accomplished leader with a track record of driving commercial, operational, and team success in the contracting or mechanical installation sector.

Minimum Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Tertiary qualification required (preferably technical or engineering-related)
• Previous management of teams of 20 or more
• Strong background in contracting and mechanical projects
• Advanced Excel
• Proven ability to meet income targets and manage department expenses
• Extensive people management expertise, including recruitment and team development
• Must be from Richard's Bay
• Only South African citizens to apply
• Clear Criminal and credit records
• Strong references
