Branch Manager

Experience in either: Environmental, Remediation, Restoration Services, Commercial Industrial Cleaning (Oil spills etc) is needed.

This role oversees daily operations, P&L management, business development, safety compliance, workforce leadership, fleet operations, and client relationships, while ensuring the branch operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.

This individual will lead a team of approximately 7–8 employees, including 2 direct reports (Operations Lead and Coordinator), and will play a key role in driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and regional growth. The Branch Manager will also partner closely with leadership and Business Development to expand market presence, strengthen client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities.
