The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a smooth flow of branch operations to ensure profitable sales, setting sales targets, handling product/stock management, developing and improving sales plans to maximize the results and achieve peak performance levels.

The Branch Manager is responsible for developing the branch, ensuring the company policies and procedures are followed, organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel, evaluating employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed, and providing ongoing support to the sales team. Attending essential training to advance to a high-level position is also considered part of the function.
