Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor/College degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Masters degree in Business Administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the Banking Operations in a managerial capacity
• Must be highly knowledgeable in the bank regulations set forth by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas outlined in the Manual of Regulations for Banks.
• Must have working knowledge in various laws relevant to the practice of compliance functions of BSFIs including, but not limited to, the Anti-Money Laundering Law.
