Ensure fulfillment of all roles and responsibilities by all staff in the branch
Responsible to manage all activities of the branch including sales, operations, and administration
Achievement of assigned goals / targets and ensure productivity of all staff in achieving their respective targets
Ensure highest level of accuracy and professionalism is maintained across branch while providing services to the customers
Act as a consultant to customers by understanding their financial, business, transactional and investment needs, and facilitate entire branch staff in doing the same
Conduct daily morning huddle with all branch members to emphasize on the deliverables
Provide coaching and guidance to branch staff, to increase staff motivation and morale by offering job rotations and enhancement and providing appropriate training to perform their duties effectively
