The Business and Branch Engagement Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic promotion and adoption of business-specific products, channels and services. This role is responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and internal enablement programs that effectively communicate the segment’s value proposition.
