About the Job: BPO WFM Manager (Cebu City) – Onsite

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite | Cebu

Shift Schedule | Restdays : US Business hours

Educational Requirement : College Graduate

Work Experience:

• At least 5 to 7 years relevant experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Report and dashboards creation

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Above average MS Excel knowledge is required.
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.
• Expert knowledge of service procedures
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
