Responsibilities

• Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
• Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling critical items with quality and other aspects.
• Drive ideation and small- and large-scale projects.
• Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.

Key Skills Required

• At least 2 years in College
• Required least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• 5 to 7 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
