Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Intelligent Stores squad within M&C ANZ Digital Tech.

In this role you will support a portfolio of store technology initiatives, working closely with Product, Engineering and Operations to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and drive business value.
• Work independently within Agile delivery environments.
• Create process maps (As-Is / To-Be) and support delivery through user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
