            Responsibilities Oversee daily boutique operations ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience 
Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs 
Lead, coach, and motivate a small retail team to deliver exceptional service 
Build strong long-term relationships with clients and drive clienteling initiatives 
Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards across the boutique 
Manage scheduling, stock awareness, and overall store performance 
Take a hands-on approach across all aspects of the business, supporting where needed 
Qualifications Strong experience in luxury retail, ideally within womenswear or fashion 
Proven track record in driving sales and boutique performance 
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team
