Position: BOP O&M Co Manager
Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BOP O&M Co Manager to join their team in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power plant operations and maintenance, with a focus on Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of BOP systems in the power plantDevelop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability of BOP equipment Coordinate with O&M teams to schedule maintenance activities and optimise plant availability Manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure safe and efficient operation of BOP systems Monitor and analyse performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to support maintenance activities
