Description Assist with the day-to-day management of residential communities, including apartments, condominiums, or multifamily properties.
Support resident onboarding, lease administration, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and detail oriented manner.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure repairs and property issues are addressed promptly.
Help monitor rent collections, delinquency reports, and payment follow-up.
Maintain accurate tenant files, property records, and operational reports.
Conduct property inspections and assist in identifying maintenance, safety, and appearance issues.
Support marketing and leasing efforts, including scheduling tours, preparing listings, and tracking occupancy.
