We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a Contract (1-2 months in length) basis in Canonsburg/Washington area in PA. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can step in quickly to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and help keep reconciliations current. Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank accounts and company credit card activity to ensure financial records are complete and accurate.

• Prepare and post journal entries to support monthly accounting activity and maintain the general ledger.

• Review account balances regularly and investigate variances to improve reporting accuracy.

• Help maintain organized bookkeeping records and ensure transactions are entered in a timely manner.
