DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all financial activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and support external financial reports for banks, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for internal (managerial) purposes using AI- supported tools.
• Coordinate with management to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
