Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping duties, ensuring financial records are up to date.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment allocations
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations
- Produce financial reports such as profit & loss and balance sheets when required
- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Support wider office administration as needed
