Job Description: . Operate natural gas and biomass boilers within defined safe operating limits . Maintain stable and continuous steam supply . Monitor pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption . Adjust boiler output based on production demand . Maintain accurate records of boiler parameters, steam production, and fuel usage . Ensure data is audit-ready . Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections . Support shutdown and statutory inspections . Supervise contractors . Comply with WSH, PPE, LOTO, PTW requirements . Participate in audits, SOR, and incident reporting . Maintain safe boiler house conditions . Maintain accurate records of boiler parameters, steam production, and fuel usage . Ensure data is audit-ready . Respond to load fluctuations and pressure issues .
