Established Body Repair Company looking for a Bodyshop Workshop Manager

Location of the Workshop Manager / Bodyshop Manager / ARC Manager / Accident Repair Manager: Heathrow

Salary of the Workshop Manager / Bodyshop Manager / ARC Manager / Accident Repair Manager: £60,000 DOE

The Workshop manager will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the workshop (up to 45 technicians, leading and managing through the Workshop Controller team (3 workshop Controllers) to maximise workflow efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.
Accountable for maintaining high standards of health, safety, compliance, and quality across the workshop, ensuring safe working practices are adhered to and repairs are completed in line with BSI PAS 10125 standards and company procedures.
