The Admin Assistant supports the Board Secretary in coordinating and managing board-related activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring proper documentation, communication, and compliance within the school’s governance structure
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing meeting agendas and supporting documents for board meetings.
Accurately record, draft, and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner.
Maintain proper records, files, and official correspondence.
Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and relevant legal requirements.
Coordinate meeting schedules and liaise with board members when necessary
Assist in organizing board-related events and administrative arrangements.
Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth board operations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
