Cross Country Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support high school and adult transition programs across several school sites in the Lawndale and Hawthorne, CA area. This is an ideal opportunity for a behavior analyst who wants meaningful work with transition-age students, a consistent weekday schedule, and the stability of full benefits that stay with you all year.

Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday–Friday 30 Minute lunch

2026 -2027 School year: August 17th 2-26 - June 10th 2027

Completive Pay - $70/hour on W-2
