Overview

As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients’ lives.


Responsibilities:

+ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans

+ Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members

+ Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed

+ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

+ Maintain accurate documentation and data collection

Qualifications:

+ Active and currentBCBA certification
