You'll manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, with small group sizes of 5-6 students per classroom, providing you the chance to make a significant impact while working alongside a robust support team. The role does not require direct 1:1 work with students, as that is handled by BTs; your expertise will focus on leadership, training, and oversight.
