In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collaborating closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will provide support in data collection, supervision, and training of direct care staff to ensure treatment goals are achieved.
