MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

Perform scheduled maintenance to the robotic cells in the Bay City plant based on prevention with routine inspections of the vision systems, Reajet system, vacuum systems, pneumatic systems, motion control systems and components of the ABB Robot.

Provide technical support for the Reajet systems and Vision Halcon systems used to ensure the traceability of the pipes, complying with the quality KPIs of these products located in the robotic cells that fulfill these tasks.

Perform complex failure analysis, establishing the problems' root causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions, using tools such as IbaPDA, Event log de L2, Robot, PC vision and PLC.

Perform repair reviews of emergency groups, analyzing and proposing updates or replacements of machines and equipment.
