We are looking for a skilled Blue Prism Support Analyst for a contract role with experience supporting and monitoring automations within a production Control Room environment. Previous banking or financial services industry experience is a MUST.

• Monitoring and supporting Virtual Employees/bots
• Managing schedules and runtime resources
• Supporting QA and Production deployments
• Managing credentials and system access
• Coordinating onboarding and retirement of automations
• Supporting operational stability within the Blue Prism environment
• 3+ years’ experience working within a Blue Prism Control Room or RPA support environment
• Experience with Runtime Resources, Scheduling, Credential Management, Production Support, QA/Production environments
• Blue Prism AD01 Certification
