The Blending Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities of team members engaged in performing chemical and lubricant blends, tank hook-ups, and chemical or physical quality control testing. This individual will also be tasked with the ongoing training and development of the blending processes, ensuring all safety procedures are observed and while leading and inspiring team building advancement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function. Establish and assign team member work duties to meet production requirements.
