            Job Description  Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction. 
Develop and maintain office BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats. 
Create and update BIM models based on BIM guidelines and requirement provided 
Deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings to support construction works 
Ensure proper documentation based on project BIM workflow 
Assist in BIM Coordination and attend site meeting or conduct site verification whenever required 
Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models 
Creation of 2D families 
Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness) 
 Requirements  Diploma in Civil & Building Construction
