Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a BIM Modeller (Engineering Department):
Job Responsibilities: - Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring designs comply with project construction requirements.
- Assist the project team with BIM coordination and provide accurate information for construction.
- Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and resolve discrepancies with engineering and project teams.
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to client and consultant requirements.
- Produce As-built drawings for project handover to clients and consultants.
- Support tender bids by preparing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
- Attend technical and BIM coordination meetings as required.
- Ensure timely completion of all required drawings.
