In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models, supporting design coordination, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Job Description :

• Interpret drawings and develop, update, and maintain BIM models
• Handle CBP model shop drawing submissions
• Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission
• Create and modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
• Maintain records of BIM and drawing versions, ensuring BIM deliverables and documentation follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project requirement/instruction as stipulated
