            Job Description: Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software. 
Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly. 
Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard. 
Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy. 
Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications. 
Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings. 
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models. 
Any other duties assigned by superior. 
Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, BIM or a related field. 
Preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience ...
