Job Summary We are seeking a BIM Facade Modeler to support facade and building envelope projects. The role focuses on BIM modeling, drawing production, and coordination for facade systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models and producing detailed shop and construction drawings for aluminum, glass, and cladding systems.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain BIM models for facade systems using Autodesk Revit
- Use Autodesk Inventor for detailed component modeling and custom facade elements, including fabrication drawings
- Produce shop drawings, construction drawings, and coordination drawings based on project requirements
- Ensure all models and drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project specifications
