Responsibilities:
Lead the overall setup, rollout and execution of BIM processes across projects
Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, execution plans and workflows to ensure consistency
Manage the development, review and control of BIM models and related digital deliverables
Supervise and guide the BIM team to ensure timely and high-quality project outputs
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to drive BIM adoption and ensure compliance with project requirements
Requirements:
Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent qualification
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in BIM implementation, design and drafting
Formal training in BIM modelling and BIM management practices
Strong proficiency in Autodesk BIM tools, including Revit (MEP/Structural/Civil) and Navisworks, with solid hands-on experience...
