Job Description:  
Lead and manage the billing operations team  
Oversee end-to-end billing and premium collection processes  
Ensure accuracy, strong controls, and timely month-end billing  
Analyse billing and collections data to identify risks and improvement opportunities 
Drive process improvements  across billing and payment streams 
Manage operational issues and implement mitigation plans 
Act as the business lead for billing-related system and IT projects  
Engage with internal stakeholders and represent billing at forums and projects 
 
Skills & Experience:   
Proven management experience in an operational environment 
Strong insurance industry experience, particularly within billing and collections
