The Billing and Collections Specialist, Mountain View Pharmacy (MVP), is primary responsibility for ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims. Works on collection of responsible payer and customer accounts. Evaluates payments received and applies to the patient account. Follows up with responsible payer to ensure the receipt of timely and accurate payments. Monitors the pre-estimate and financial-hold account to provide adequate documentation to support a clean claim. Performs other duties as needed.

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum one year of experience in coding, billing, and medical terminology required. Experience working for a hospital or Home Health Care services environment preferred.
