Managing the full legal billing cycle from draft bills to final submission

Preparing, reviewing and amending bills in line with client agreements, rate cards and matter requirements

Ensuringpliance with SLAs, billing guidelines and regulatory standards

Working closely with Partners, Fee Earners and the wider Finance team to resolve queries quickly and professionally

Monitoring WIP, aged debt and unbilled time to support accurate forecasting

Supporting month‑end processes, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
