The Billing Analyst will play a key role in supporting business growth, maintaining the highest controllership level, focused in Billing area to provide financial reports, metrics, analysis and contribute for associate projects, including T&M process stabilization, Warranty analysis and focused on LEAN initiatives.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all billing activities within assigned customer’s portfolio.
- Ensure timely issuance of shipping & payment invoices, maintaining accurate records and controls.
- Manage all documentation gathering from the shipping & project management teams, ensuring highest controllership from a revenue recognition standpoint.
- Warranty Administration.
- SAP management.
- Support the business on any billing test or audit support, which will include Deloitte testing, Internal audits support as well as SOX testing.
