Job Description

About the role

As the Billing and Accounts Coordinator, you will process, produce and communicate timely and accurate estimates, prepayments and invoices in line with the company policies.

You will also:

  • Work together as one team to provide a seamless and consistent experience for our patients, funders and consultants 
  • Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure there is a smooth pre-approval and billing process for contracted procedures 
  • Manage the pre-approval request to insurers for prior approval for elective surgery in a timely manner 
  • Prepare and communicate timely and accurate estimates and invoices 
  • Keep process documents up to date and document any new processes developed 
  • This is a permanent position for 80 hours per fortnight located at Evolution Healthcare Corporate Services, Wellington.
